Day rates keep pickup flexible through closing. For a shorter window, choose your return time; at six billed hours, day rates apply.

Daily hours: 8:30a–9:30p. All times are in Puerto Vallarta. Seasonal and holiday hours may vary.

For overnight or multi-day holding, contact VALIZE in advance. The review will show that a quote is required rather than assume a daily rate.

Your belongings

Add each item type and an estimated size. Final sizing is confirmed at check-in.

Save time with a photo of your grouped items (optional)Photograph all the items you plan to check together. This helps us prepare the right tags and fillables and saves time at check-in. Do not include identification documents. JPEG, PNG or WebP; up to 10 MB.

Optional. Your selected photo is sent with your check-in details to help the VALIZE team prepare before you arrive.

How does VALIZE determine the price?

Rates are based on the size and type of each item. Rolling luggage and soft-sided or fillable items are assessed separately so that you pay according to the space and handling your belongings require.

A Cloakroom Attendant will confirm each item’s classification and the total rate before completing check-in.

Why does VALIZE require identification?

Identification allows us to register each party accurately, maintain controlled custody of checked items, and verify that belongings are returned only to an authorized person.

The identification presented at check-in also serves as the customer’s claim credential at pickup.

Will I need to keep track of a claim ticket?

No. There is no claim ticket, tag, or other item for you to carry while enjoying your day. The government-issued photo ID presented at check-in also serves as your claim credential.

Keep your ID with you and do not place it inside any checked item. Cloakroom Attendants will not unseal an item or remove belongings from the secure holding area until the ID presented at pickup has been positively matched with the check-in record.
