A VALIZE Cloakroom is designed for common travel situations including early arrival before hotel or vacation-rental check-in, time between accommodations, luggage storage after checkout, late flights, day trips, dining, shopping, sightseeing and other activities where traveling with baggage is inconvenient.
 

Unlike traditional self-storage or long-term luggage storage facilities, VALIZE is designed around short-term traveler needs and the surrounding destination experience. The service combines secure luggage and bag storage with a more considered hospitality environment.
 

VALIZE opened its first destination cloakroom in Zona Romántica, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The Puerto Vallarta location serves visitors staying in hotels, vacation rentals, resorts and other accommodations throughout the area, including travelers looking for luggage storage before check-in or after checkout.
 

Puerto Vallarta is the beginning of a broader VALIZE concept. The destination cloakroom has been designed as a service model that can operate in other travel destinations, hospitality districts and places where people routinely find themselves temporarily separated from the accommodations or transportation that normally hold their belongings.
 

At its core, VALIZE solves a simple travel problem: people often still have somewhere they want to be after they have somewhere to leave their things.
