We are building around the hours travel forgot.
Hotels have check-in times. Flights have departure times. Vacation rentals have checkout times.
Travelers, inconveniently, exist in between them.
VALIZE was created around that gap.
A small problem, repeated constantly.
Travelers routinely arrive before check-in, leave accommodations before departure, move between properties, attend activities with luggage, or otherwise find themselves temporarily responsible for belongings.
Current solutions are fragmented between hotel bell desks, lockers, luggage-storage networks and simply carrying bags around.
VALIZE sees this period between accommodation, transportation and destination activity as its own part of the travel experience — something that can be deliberately designed and operated.
The destination cloakroom is our starting point.
“The objective is not to build an unusually attractive luggage-storage company.”

It is to build a recognizable travel-service brand around moments the existing hospitality infrastructure does not consistently serve.
The first VALIZE Cloakroom opened in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
It gives travelers a secure, hospitality-led place to check in luggage and personal belongings while they continue experiencing the destination.
The location functions both as an operating business and as a live proof of concept for customer behavior, pricing, partnerships, service standards, physical format and future expansion.
More than one route to market.

Where we think value compounds.
VALIZE has the potential to create value through the consumer brand, operating locations, the destination cloakroom service model, hospitality standards and operating systems, and customer relationships.
Further value is generated through destination partnerships, distribution relationships, property access, proprietary brand and service intellectual property, and network effects created as travelers begin to recognize and seek VALIZE by name.
We are particularly interested in what happens when a service travelers initially discover out of necessity becomes one they begin to recognize, trust and seek out by name.
That is where a utility starts becoming a brand.
Travel changed. Some of its infrastructure did not.
Short-term rentals, flexible itineraries and increasingly fragmented travel journeys have separated travelers from many of the services that historically existed within traditional hotels.
VALIZE is designed to occupy the service gap between accommodations, transportation and the destination itself.
Not to replace hotels.
Not to replace vacation rentals.
To occupy the space between them.
Investment conversations.
We are interested in relationships with investors and strategic partners who understand hospitality, consumer brands, travel, real estate, destination services, marketplaces or network expansion. We are equally interested in intelligent questions.
If you see an opportunity in what VALIZE is building — through capital, strategic expertise, distribution, property access or a larger commercial relationship — we would be glad to hear from you.
VALIZE began with luggage.
We are more interested in what comes after it.
